"And new things to steal," Krow adds, a little quieter, but not quiet enough to avoid eliciting a sigh from Owen.
"We are not going to steal from any new humans," he tells them both, crossing his arms.
"Owen, has anybody ever told you that you're no fun?"

Ponk had trusted Sam after the Red Festival. After Techno had fired fireworks into the crowd, killing many and maiming more. After he’d lost his left leg below the knee and his right at the thigh. After months of recovery and PT, Sam, who had built him his prosthetics, became the reason he could walk at all.
There was no one to build him a prosthetic now.
