Summary
Will’s emotions are out of control. He both hates and loves Hannibal, but he can’t seem to settle on which emotion he truly feels. He thought throwing them both off a cliff would be the end of the torment, but, of course, it was only the beginning. He didn’t account for Hannibal’s willingness to fight for both himself and Will after consummating their relationship with the death of Francis Dolarhyde. Now Will must come to terms with his new life on the run with the man who changed his life so drastically or seek a way out, a way out that could kill this man: Someone who means so much to Will even through the past betrayal.
Narrative focused on Hannibal and Will’s relationship before and (mostly) after the Fall, as well as details on how Will begins to recognize his deeper feelings for Hannibal, but struggles over how his present feelings coincide with past hurt and mistrust pre-Fall.
He eventually accepts his new life with Hannibal.
Murder Husband plot with relationship, sexuality, and identity issues and flashbacks to their relationship pre-Fall with added material to the original plot. Fluff, angst, canon-esque plot, sex, and Cuba.
Also -- expect a happy ending :)
