Yeah, now that Satoru thinks about it, that does make sense. Anyway, it’s hard to think clearly when Suguru is suddenly climbing onto the bed, invading his personal space and leaning in so Satoru can feel his breath against his lips.
“So, no homo, right?” Suguru asks softly, interrupting his thoughts.
“Yeah… Yeah, okay,” Satoru whispers.
And then Suguru kisses him.
In which everyone knows Satoru and Suguru are dating, except Satoru and Suguru themselves. (5 times they don't realize they're dating + 1 time they do.)

“We have a supply closet for a reason, Gojo-kun. Please make use of it.”
Gojo clicked his tongue, placing his hands on Geto’s desk as he leaned closer, a slight pout on his face.
“But Geto-sama,” Gojo started, his hand sliding across the desk towards the pen Geto had been holding in his hand before his writing came to a stop once the younger barged into his office. “Your pens are much nicer, be a kind soul and lend it to me? I promise I'll give it back.”
His eyes couldn’t help but to look down at his lips, which were shiny with some obvious lip balm, making them look soft and perfect.
He wondered what they would feel like.
The spell was immediately broken by the smug look spreading across Gojo’s face, as if he noticed exactly how long Geto was staring. From there, he remembered that attached to this unfairly attractive face was one of the most self-conceited brats he has ever met.
Geto straightened up, loosening his grip on the pen as he handed it over. “Let this be the last time, Gojo-kun.”

In short, Geto is just trying to work but the CEO's son has other ideas.

"You know," Geto began as he slid Satoru's arm into a cuff to take his blood pressure. "I have the slightest feeling that you're not getting hurt on accident."
"What makes you think that?" Satoru asked, caught red handed and blushing across his cheeks.
"The last time you came, you flirted with me, and now you're back looking as happy as ever, even though you're hurt." Geto continued, “You don't have to hurt yourself to talk to me. It's kind of stupid. A normal person would just send some flowers."
Or, 3 times Satoru hurt himself to see Suguru, and 1 time he didn’t.
