Reader is the daughter of The President of the United States, and an assassination attempt is made at her in a bid to trick her brother Bob.
John Walker is a disgraced US Army Vet who got a job as a Security Agent through his best friend Bob, who he met in Rehab.
Reader needs to go into hiding as a loving couple retreating to the mountains for a few months for a ''break from the hustle and bustle of the city'', and the only person trusted with the job is John Walker.
Can John battle his own demons while keeping Y/N safe until the threat is neutralised?
Reader and John are not what you would call friends. They begrudgingly get along, but will a near death attempt that results in a summer together alone change everything?
