Summary

When you arrive you instantly feel a connection to the other new Sheriff's Deputy, Jordan Parrish. Especially when something in you recognizes the fire in him too. You both awaken a primal urge in each other to mark every part of the other as yours. Together you and Jordan balance both being deputies and the constant longing for the other.
You also have to balance loving a sixteen year old son so deeply that he knows you will always choose him first. And Liam soon discovers that its not just his mother's love he can't live without.
Throw in a pack filled with supernatural teens so unique and you soon realize you love them as your own too. Rebuilding pieces of yourself you lost to darkness long before you entered Beacon Hills - a darkness that may just come back to reclaim those pieces.

Stiles is at college, in his second year of study, trying to navigate being a broke student, being away from his home town, and being kicked out of his pack.
Stiles is prepared, feeling less off balance than his previous year at college, he's excited, even, ready to get through as much as possible. And, he is almost over the guilt and shame and heartbreak that came with the whole getting kicked out of his pack thing. Yes, he still has a crush on Derek, but he has had a crush on Derek since he was 16, and now at 21, he's pretty sure he can manage.
What happens when Stiles's new Folklore & Anthropology professor turns out to be Derek Hale, the one who kicked him from the pack 2 years earlier? What happens when Stiles is so utterly convinced that Derek hates him that he can't read between the lines of what the werewolf is trying to tell him?
