“Yeah, yeah. Rock, paper, scissors, shoot—yes!” Jim cries. Spock had decided to use paper again, but Jim had chosen scissors, thus leading to his victory.
“Cap—”
The room spins, and it’s as though all the air has been sucked from his chest. He doesn’t even finish his sentence. His eyes blow wide, a zapping sensation running down his spine.
Jim, for some unknown, unholy reason, has reached forward with his two fingers in the shape of scissors, and slotted them between Spock’s fingers in the formation of paper. The webbing between their fingers kiss each other, shocking Spock from head to toe.

“This is something I never thought I’d have to say, but I’m sure your dick is perfectly fine just the way it is,” Eddie tried to reassure him and while Steve appreciated his attempt, it was hard to argue with the overwhelming number of signs that disputed it.
“You don’t know what you’re talking about here, Eddie. Trust me.”
“I kind of do, though? I wouldn’t call myself like, a dick expert or anything like that, but I have seen more than my fair share of them over the years, in all shapes and colors and sizes,” Eddie insisted. “I can promise you that yours is nothing that I haven’t seen before.”
“Why don’t you take a look then?” Steve said before he could stop himself, and nearly slapped a hand over his mouth when he realized it came out sounding a lot more serious rather than sarcastic like he’d originally intended.

Jay stares down at the fish in her hands. She doesn't know what kind it is, only that she has to grip it tightly in both hands to stop it from squirming onto the deck. Chip hooks his chin over her shoulder.
"Are you gonna bite it?"
"I need to." She presses her tongue gently against one of her new fangs—courtesy of Anastasia—and grimaces. Her stomach rumbles. "I don't want to though."
"Yeah." He's startlingly warm against her. And he smells good. She inhales deeply, soaking in his scent. She can smell his blood so strongly she almost gets lightheaded. She wants so desperately to feed from him. But she can't. It's not safe. What if she hurts him? What if she tries and she just can't control herself? What if he thinks she's gross and disgusting and evil? What if watching her feed makes him realize that she's not worth it? What if-
"Hey. Breathe." He squeezes his arms around her middle. "It's okay, Jaybird."
