Summary
Charles' eyes are drawn to the strip of pale skin exposed by Max's riddenup shirt, his breath catching in his throat. The darkness inside him stirs, the primal urge to claim and corrupt overwhelming his newfound resolve. He bites his lip, his hands clenched into fists as he fights the temptation.
You're an angel, sent to tempt me.
He takes a step closer to the bed, his heart pounding in his chest. He should be strong, he should resist. But how could he, when the blonde was so perfect, so pure, so utterly irresistible?
He reaches out, his fingers hovering just above Max's skin, trembling with the effort of holding back."Forgive me, Lord" he murmurs, his voice breaking. "Forgive me, for I am weak."

Oh, all that I did to try to undo it
All of my pain and all your excuses
I was a kid but I wasn't clueless
(Someone who loves you wouldn't do this)
All of my past, I tried to erase it
But now I see, would I even change it?
Might share a face and share a last name, but

Summary
Max wasn't sure exactly when the feeling started. But it had been there ever since he was in karting. He felt as if somebody was constantly watching him, around the corner, in the trees, even when he was locked up in his driver's room. It wasn't everywhere he went, but it was always at a Grand Prix.
Max had grown used to it. He never told anybody about it. Why would he? It was just a child's fear. And if there was anything he wasn't, it was a child. And he sure as hell didn't believe in any of that supernatural bullshit.
But maybe he should've.

Summary
It's early in the morning when Max receives a weird message on his phone "You are gonna make Charles win the race on Sunday, or he dies". Max dismisses it at first, choosing not to fall for the joke, scam, or whatever it was.
But the messages continue through the whole week, attached with various pictures of Charles, taken from a distance. Charles walking in public, Charles training, Charles sleeping. Pictures that were nowhere on the internet or in magazines, he checked.
Come Saturday night and the news reports someone has broken into Charles's hotel room and stolen just one thing: his bracelets. Sunday morning, those bracelets appear in Max's backpack.
The race arrives and Max is certain the threats are probably serious.
