Summary
He's sad that Jungwon's top is hiding his waist again now, he wishes he could turn back time to see his scars just once more. Riki wants to touch them, kiss them, and worst of all he wants to add more of them to his gorgeous skin. He wants it so bad he feels like he can't sit still anymore, feels like he's going to explode in his seat watching Jungwon up there.
The urge to inflict that sweet pain grows stronger the longer he looks at him. Riki definitely has to do something about it. And then it clicks for him. This is it. This is his way to enter Jungwon's life.
(or: Riki has an unhealthy obsession with Jungwon. Jungwon doesn't even know who Riki is.)
