“Be careful what you say, Hinata-kun,” Nagito lilted. His breath ghosted against Hajime’s lips, a heated phantom. “That almost sounded like a confession.”
Their noses brushed. Nagito scooted closer, pressing their foreheads together. His thumb traced nonsense patterns on the back of Hajime’s hand. Over the bumps of his knuckles. Collapse was imminent, tasting of cherry and grape.
Hajime never stood a chance against those lips shimmering like heatwaves.

Summary
“If our lives were a movie, we’d be static,” Nagito commented, an afterthought. Just like those outdated films, except neither of them knew the first thing about acting. Well, maybe Hajime did, but those were his talents speaking. Playing pretend couldn’t prolong Nagito’s life, no matter how superb the performance.
Another bout of mirthless laughter bubbled from his throat. The sound caught in the contour of Hajime’s collarbone, ringing hollow.
“We all die eventually. I’m not saying it’ll happen today or tomorrow, but nobody knows. That’s why I want to ask,” Nagito insisted, reaching up to caress Hajime’s cheek, “will these memories hurt Hinata-kun? When I’m gone and you sit here on this cabin floor alone, will you regret ever having met me?”

Komaeda is an asshole. Unfortunately for Hajime, he’s a little too into it. When they both sign up to help with an event Hope’s Peak University is hosting, he has to keep his attraction under control, but Komaeda isn’t exactly making things easy.
Or, Hinata and Komaeda get trapped in a room.

Summary
He can't stand that - the idea that Komaeda would be satiated without Hinata ever existing to him. It’s not much, he thinks, with everything he’s done. All he wants is one thing, something that he’s tried so hard to keep by his side. It must be justified, especially with how cruel Komaeda's been to him. Can’t he give him that? Just that? Can’t they repent together?
Whenever Hinata watches his sleeping face, he hopes he’s dreaming about him. And he hopes every dream that doesn’t have him is a nightmare.
