Summary

Summary
Nine years.
In nine years, the fate of Nowhere rests on the shoulders of two unfortunate children who find themselves thrown into a desolate world, without dreams or hopes.
Broken bonds, shattered promises, misunderstood feelings. These two only had each other to survive through the endless cycles of mistakes and betrayals. From curiosity to love, from passion to hate. Their destiny is inevitably linked and their selfishness will lead them to their downfall.
Maybe Six decides to take a look back and dare to hope for change. Or that Mono decides to fight against the past loops that cloud his judgment and dream of a better future.
Because they must learn to collaborate to offer other children a chance of survival and a home. And to do this, they must overcome hatred for one another and confront their past in order to move forward.

Mono only rolled his eyes. “I meant, you’ve got a point. I do want to know the reason behind her stupid decision. So fine! I’ll follow you until I get to ask her…”
“Oh, that’s great!”
“And kill her after...” he deliberately mumbled it loud enough so Viola could hear him.
She shot him a death glare.
“What? I was joking! Can’t a guy make a silly joke about killing his betrayer he once called a friend?” Mono smiled innocently as if that joke wasn’t dark itself.
“That’s my mom you’re talking about, so you better be joking.” She put her hand on Mono’s shoulder. “Or else I’m gonna have to bury two bodies instead of one.” Viola patted him on the back and walked away.
Now it was her turn to smile oh-so-innocently.

Summary
It had been seven years since that mirror was found shattered, tucked away within a dusty old storage room of a twisted carnival.
What was supposed to be an end to their journey only signified a new beginning. Searching and searching, until happening upon a newfound home.
Low and Alone found themselves in a bustling village full of other kids just like them. New Dream—A world held within tall wooden walls led by a teen who obscured his identity with a paper bag.
Things settled into a routine. Alone innovated the village, while Low led the scouts beyond the walls. A life of comfort and relative safety, away from the trials of the Nowhere.
Yet Low found himself restless, drawn to what lies in the unknown as if recalling a nightmare that slipped his mind.
The pull only deepens when a familiar yellow raincoat arrives outside the village gates.
