Before the Blue Bomber became himself, there was a lot of work to do with building reploids. X most of his time safe in Cain's Lab. It was pleasant having some of the reploids that were being built without his help come visit.
It was nice while it lasted. It's better not to get involved with machines he doesn't understand.
