Elliot Stabler and Olivia Benson have been in a relationship for a few months, carefully and imperfectly learning how to truly live with one another.
When a true crime podcast revives the William Lewis case and a journalist announces her intention to write a book about the trauma Olivia survived, it is Rafael Barba who steps in first to protect her, pushing the limits of the law to prevent old wounds from being exposed once again.
Barba’s reappearance in Olivia’s life puts her relationship with Elliot to the test, bringing buried guilt, unspoken secrets, and long avoided feelings to the surface, even after they have already begun dating.
As Olivia rebuilds her bond with Barba, amid his attempts to shield her from further harm, Elliot must learn to face his own inner storms, his impulses, and his ego, if he does not want to lose her for good.
This is a love triangle story with plenty of Jelliot, but it is not a Barson fanfic. EO is endgame for me. Still, if enough readers ask, maybe an alternate Barson ending could happen.

Summary
After a violent police operation, led by a corrupt governor, which left more than 130 bodies scattered across a poor and neglected area of New York, the OCCB and SVU will join forces in a task force to investigate the irregularities of the operation and the reports of rape committed by police officers. Elliot and Olivia, who have been dating for a few months, will be deeply shaken by the horrors they uncover in this investigation and will need to rely on each other, proving their love and loyalty to one another. The investigation will further strengthen the bond they have been building as they seek justice for the victims.
This story, unfortunately, is based on real and recent events and is my attempt to seek justice for the victims, by inviting my two favorite detectives to investigate corrupt and violent police officers and politicians.

The place is dank, and the smell of cigarette smoke permeates the air, mixing in with stale beer and vodka. It’s really not the kind of joint Elliot wanted to find himself in on a Tuesday night, but, well.
