Summary
This is a Snape mentors Harry (Severitus) story centered on a disciplinary mentor dynamic in which corporal punishment is a core theme.
After Voldemort's return in the graveyard in Goblet of Fire, Dumbledore asks Snape to take a more hands-on role in protecting Harry, starting by giving him Occlumency lessons earlier than in canon.
