摘要：目的：报道1例长柄异物胸部贯穿伤天人亚种患者的护理体会。患者胸部有1根直径大于5cm的长柄异物从前胸贯通后背，并在非手术情况下脱出。天人亚种体质使得患者并未立即因大出血和开放性气胸而休克，但普通患者在未做好麻醉和手术准备前绝不能移动该异物。转运过程中严密观察患者神志、面色、皮肤色泽与温度、生命体征、尿量等变化，防止休克的发生。住院密切观察生命体征及病情变化，同时注意观察末梢循环变化，每小时记录皮温，保持末梢皮肤温暖，记录每小时尿量，定时监测电解质情况，注意血钾变化，避免术后低血钾诱发心律失常，严格根据患者血压、心率及心律情况调整药物浓度及速度，应用微量输液泵确保药物浓度准确以利于循环功能的稳定。同时做好呼吸系统功能的监测，闭式胸腔引流监测，术后疼痛管理及心理护理，经精心治疗与护理后患者痊愈出院。患者身为受丰饶赐福的天人亚种，在毁灭力量注入环境受到创伤，病例较为稀少，特此报告。

AU: Nanook is Jing Yuan's father (somehow). Because there has got to be a reason why these two are so fucking similar appearance wise, to the point many players mistaken them for one another. And because I might be a tiny bit delulu.
(There's also some personal speculation on who Celenova and Zephyro are and what they look like, please, take them with the grain of salt!)
