Summary
Perpetua was summoned as a last option, a necessity more like. The ministry resent him for not being an official Emeritus despite being Copia's twin. They tollerate him but he can sense they dislike him by the energy. The ghouls treat him fine, just another papa i guess but the atmosphere is causing his Schizoaffective disorder to worsen. Whether that's because of his symptoms or not, i guess we'll never know....
