Yuuji sputters. “You kept staring—”
“Oh, so you’re hard because your brother was staring at you? You’re fucking gross, you know that?” Sukuna spits the words out. Literally spits on Yuuji’s cheek, stares at how it sits on his face. It’s warm. The way Sukuna is looking at Yuuji like he’s a piece of meat could make him come in his pants right here.
Sukuna takes a step forward, then another. Until Yuuji’s back hits the door and there’s nowhere left to go. A lock clicks. He ducks his head and stops. Doesn’t move, just watches, close enough that Yuuji can feel his breath, the spit starting to slide down his cheek.
Then he licks it clean, drags his tongue in a slow stripe up Yuuji's cheek, and leans into his ear. "This is why I told you to keep your distance.”
Yuuji does whatever his brother asks of him. Even if it’s a little contradictory.

When Okarun first lost his balls, at first, he just thought he would still have his dick, just without the balls. However, instead, his whole genital was replaced with a female one.
He was planning to tell his friends about it, but that might seem weird (or it is weird) so, he kept this secret of his genital change to himself. (That meant that everyone was aware that his balls were lost, but they don't know about the 'kitty' situation.) Until, he starts to feel something new, a weird urge that happens whenever he's close to Jiji, or even glancing at him. It felt weird, he thought he was a pervert, and he shouldn't think this way.
