Which is why it’s all the more baffling to him now as Truthless Recluse, all the more annoying, to somehow find nothing in The Spire of Shadows. Perhaps it’s fitting to the irony of Shadow Milk Cookie’s tomfoolery for such a dangerous place to be wiped clean of anything malicious. A false sense of security, maybe? No, that seems absurd after all the suffering he’d made Pure Vanilla go through.
But then again, Shadow Milk Cookie is all about absurdities, is he not?
