Summary
Lord Voldemort was winning the war and Harry knew it, at no point more clearly than when he is heading to the Dark Forest to confront his fate. The adrenaline-fueled destruction of the Horcruxes had so far driven him, Ron and Hermione to run, to flee and do what had to be done—no matter the consequences, no matter the danger—to end Voldemort. Harry’s life is about to change, if not in the way he expects, because for every question posed for the fate of the Wizarding World, there will be fleeting answers to trace, and no one is more curious than the tyrant himself.

Summary
Bella threw her head back and laughed, the sound like little bells. Harry wondered how such a beautiful woman could have a personality like rotten fruit. "Is that a threat, ickle bickle prince Potter?" she cooed.
Harry said nothing, firmly looking away, and she suddenly turned serious.
"Duke Thomas is a powerful man," she hummed in a low tone. "I've been acquainted with him for quite some time, and he's always gotten what he wants."
In a bastardisation of Shakespeare's Hamlet, Harry's mother remarries shortly after his father's death to James' half-brother, Thomas, much to Harry's confusion and disgust. First a duke, now a king, it seems that nothing will stand in his uncle's way when it comes to getting what he wants. Not Lily, not propriety, and most certainly not Harry himself.

“Mr Munson? Your complimentary champagne.”
Eddie Munson looks up from his phone, and his dark eyes widen in surprise. “Jesus Christ.”
“Uh. Steve, actually,” Steve offers awkwardly, hand still raised where he’d knocked. As first impressions go, Steve’s sure he is decidedly not making a good one.
“I’m sorry,” Munson huffs, shaking his head a little. His curls shiver around his face and oh god he’s even sexier in person. Steve is never going to survive. “I just- wasn’t expecting…”
“A man?” Steve preempts, with the knowledge that he’s one of two male attendants who tend to work this flight, and that it’s usually all pencil skirts and heels. Not that he’d be particularly averse-
