Summary
"And here I was, about to offer myself as your... willing and eager test subject, should you need the help. Which, I'm sure you would, wouldn't you? To tell your potion's efficiency and all." Lohen doesn't seem particularly put off by the alchemist's lack of a reaction—in fact, his grin only seems to widen in pure delight as he leans in until only mere inches stood between them. "I'm much better than some brainless slime or poor little flower, after all."
"My position requires that I approach every claim with an amount of uncertainty until it can be proven," Albedo counters without even batting an eye—give this man and inch and he'll take a mile. "This, of course, includes yours as well."
The Chief Alchemist and the Vice Captain indulge in some workplace misconduct, begrudgingly on Albedo's end and enthusiastically on Lohen's.

Summary
"Here, how's this? Give me a few hours to finish my work and then I'll meet you at my place, okay? I'm going to need you to pick up a few things on the way but I promise it'll be worth it."
The biker is silent on his end for a few heartbeats as he chews on the words. Finally, he responds with no small amount of trepidation. "What things?"
"When I figure it out, I'll text you!" Harumasa cuts him off again right before he opens his mouth to protest and it's almost uncanny the way he knows Lighter so well now to that he's able to do so. "But I swear, I'll be out nice and early this time—no paperwork, no Hollows, and definitely no distractions! Just you and me."
Or: 5 times where Harumasa sent Lighter on a wild goose chase for his gifts and the 1 time he gave Lighter a gift.

Summary
"What makes you think I wouldn't do anything for you, Harumasa?" The biker's smile coaxes one of his own out and as tentative and teary as it is, it's still painstakingly genuine. "Anything at all."
"Anything?" Harumasa asks.
"Anything." Lighter promises, and he never breaks a promise.
It's not the first time Harumasa's woken up from a nightmare, but it is the first time Lighter says those three little words to him to steal his breath away anyways.
