Summary
“I’m gonna die, Donghyun-ah. So please don’t leave—”
He’s desperate, pathetic, even. Dying of a nonexistent disease he refuses to name. He’s selfish and self-centered because he’s here at Donghyun’s sheets, head in his lap as he cries and cries and cries.
Donghyun’s hands came up to cradle his face, the gesture is quiet and heavy. “What do you mean?” he whispered, thumb drawing slow circles against Dongmin’s cheek. “Are you—are you sick too?”
He stared into Donghyun’s eyes because they’d been the place he’d learned to be honest, and now honesty felt like an unlatched gate. “I—I don’t know what it is, Donghyun-ah,” he said, voice small and breaking. “But it’s killing me.”
Or, Kim Donghyun has cancer. Han Dongmin is the one dying.

Summary
Myung Jaehyun has everything going for him: student council president, school newspaper chief editor, winner of multiple writing competitions, and Harvard-bound. The only adversity he’s facing? Having to share the title of valedictorian and working on the commencement speeches along with his number one academic rival, Han Taesan. The MIT-bound math whiz and student council vice president who disagrees with all of Jaehyun’s word choices and argues with him over every metaphor.
Jaehyun’s life would be a lot easier if Taesan would just stop nitpicking at his writing…and if he could stop looking like he stepped out of a magazine cover. And stop also being Jaehyun's number one supporter. And stop being entertaining over text at 2am. And—
(or: academic rivals to lovers myungtae chosen as co-valedictorians who have to work together to write graduation speeches suffering through second semester senior year together)

Summary
“Why did you say that?” Sungho blurted out, smacking Taesan’s hand away in habit. Taesan stopped in his tracks. “Earlier, you said that my—my butt was your…” he trailed off, too shy to say the words.
“Ah, my favourite?” The younger finished for him, Sungho nodded, still wiping a bowl dry. “Mmm, ‘cause it’s true.” He pouted, so nonchalantly.
Or
After the Spotify video, Sungho can’t shake the thought about his butt being Taesan’s favourite, Taesan shows him why.

Summary
Without an ounce of warning, Taesan leans forward over the table and just blurts it out, his voice a harsh whisper; "Leehan. Do you think I’m homophobic?"
The timing could not have been any more catastrophic.
Leehan had just tilted his bowl, his chopsticks gathering a massive, steaming clump of thick noodles when the words left Taesan’s mouth. He lets out a violent choke, his shoulders jerking forward as he slams his bowl back down onto the table, the hot liquid splashing across the wooden surface.
"Jesus Christ, dude," Leehan wheezes, his voice raspy from the spice. "You can't just say that.”
Taesan’s new roommate is into men. It’s a fact that he’s completely fine with — at least, in theory. In reality, the thought of Jaehyun being with guys makes him feel sick.

or,
The few times Jaehyun dreams of something bad happening to Sanghyuk and the same equal amount of times Jaehyun looks for Sanghyuk in the middle of the night just to check up on him.

"You don't like him much, do you Sanghyuk hyung?"
"Hm? What are we talking about?" Sanghyuk hummed, still content to be resting his eyes.
"Park Sungho. You don't like him very much."
"What makes you think that?" He peered one eye to look at the boy sitting close next to him.
or,
Sanghyuk has made it his promise to admire Sungho, golden boy and soccer star, from afar. Not knowing the other is very much down bad for him as well.
