Sakusa spun around to face him, still shirtless atop his black sweats, and dark eyes boring into Atsumu. “You need to stop flirting with me,” he growled, taking a step closer to loom over the shorter man, “before I hold you to your words.”
Atsumu blinked. For a moment the only thing in his head was the perfumy scent of Sakusa’s shampoo and the intensity of his gaze. “I can do that,” he finally spat out, more eager than he’d intended to sound. "What if Heated Rivalry but SakuAtsu??? No but really
It was totally casual. Atsumu and Kiyoomi were just fucking to blow off steam as they continued to fight each other and fight with each other on the court. It was totally casual! Even as they slowly got to know more about each other: Kiyoomi's family, Atsumu's people pleasing, being a queer professional athlete in Japan.
These new feelings might just be the most terrifying thing either of them has dealt with.

“I’m so sorry, Sacchan. I didn't mean to worry ya, bug.” She lets herself get lifted higher up, where she buries her head in Atsumu's neck, close to his scent gland, inhaling his scent of ginger, which has returned to normal. “I was just upset, nothin’ else. We’re safe,” he murmurs and rubs comforting circles into her back. Sayori sighs, her little fingers fisted into the towel still around Atsumu's neck. The change in scent from the alpha in the room is forgotten, as the omega concentrates on calming down the little girl in his arms.
“Sorry, Omi. I didn't mean to make her cry.”
“She’s asleep,” Sakusa whispers. He doesn’t even admonish Atsumu for making his daughter cry, he just keeps staring. “She’s never fallen asleep on anyone that isn’t family.”Bookmarked by inari3

Summary
Miya Atsumu and Sakusa Kiyoomi are civil to each other on the best of days. After a tension filled practice, forced team bonding, and being sent home with each other with orders to work out their problems, the two of them find themselves falling into bed with one another. Atsumu finds himself pregnant a few weeks after that, and the two are once again forced to work on their dynamic.
As they both grow closer, feelings reemerge and grow between them. But will their own stubbornness stand in their own way of happiness?
