Raph has always struggled with keeping himself in check. He's always had out bursts and episodes that end up hurting those around him.
He just hadn't allowed himself to dwell on that fact until he sees the outcome of his actions firsthand. When he learns that Mikey's been hiding things from them and feels that he deserves the hits Raph dishes out, who can Raph blame but himself?

Summary
When Leo, Raph, and Donnie’s constant fighting threatens to tear the family apart, Mikey retreats into himself, hiding under blankets and behind walls. As he listens to their arguments night after night, he battles growing depression and a deep fear that they’ll never make up. In his silence, he wonders if he’s even a part of their family anymore—or if he’s just a shadow in the background, waiting for someone to remember him.
Under this pressure, Mikey brings it upon himself to carry this burden, to better his brothers.
But within this process, hes developed many negative habits.

Summary
Extended isolation on a cold tile floor would drive any man crazy after long enough. Jean Loo, at one point, thought he was stronger, that he could patiently wait for the player to come earn his love.
After months and months of daily visits without a single conversation, he regrets everything, realizing he'd been entirely forgotten about.
Too devastated to continue holding out hope, Jean Loo risks being unable to be realized at all. It's up to his old friends in their new human forms to show him that life is still worth living, even if they don't really understand just how horrible it is to live the life of a neglected toilet.
