Summary
No, this can’t be…
Shaking with dread, he slowly traced his fingers down the slick, wet rivets oozing down his leg. With each agonizing second, his trepidation mounted. The world seemed to still completely as Duncan raised his trembling arm, slowly bringing his slick fingers to his face.
Please... No!
His sight blurred with tears and breath hitching in pure terror at the sight of the glistening, translucent substance coating his fingertips started back at him, gleaming almost mockingly in the moonlight.
For as long as he could remember, Duncan served the Targaryen family, working hard and dreaming of the day he would be released from service to build his own future. But in a single night, his world is turned upside down, a sudden, impossible transformation from an alpha to omega throws every single one of his life plans entirely awry.

Summary
The giant’s eyes went wide, flickering furiously up and down Aerion’s form.
Aerion drew himself up. "Well?" he sneered. “Is this your idea of a jest?"
Duncan swallowed hard.
"I—I didn't—" he stammered. He looked everywhere but at Aerion now. "The—the girl at the well-stop, she said... she said it was what the local omegas wore for the heat. I didn't think... I didn't know it was so... so..."
So revealing.
Seeing the towering hedge knight reduce to a bumbling, stuttering fool at the mere sight of his flesh did something miraculous to Aerion’s black mood.
"You colossal dunce," Aerion mocked, the tension leaving his shoulders as he took a step forward.Or, bound to the hedge knight that bested him, Aerion journeys across the realm and discovers that his new alpha is far more than what he seems.

Summary
Dunk arrives at Summerhall expecting to feel out of place.
He does not expect Room 47, midnight conversations, or Aerion Targaryen - vicious, clever, impossible to understand, and somehow always there.
Or, a boarding school AU where Dunk and Aerion are roommates, enemies, and very definitely becoming something worse.Bookmarked by csher

Summary
“I just don’t understand why you would go through all this trouble just so I could see that you have changed,” Dunk asked, bewildered.
Aerion looked… forlorn. There was a distance in his lavender eyes, as though they were veiled by an invisible fog. He blinked it away and met Duncan’s gaze, a soft smile replacing his brief melancholy.
“Do you truly not know, Ser?”
~
Nine years after Ashford, Prince Aerion Brightflame devises a careful plan to make Ser Duncan the Tall devote himself to him completely: gifts, proximity, patience, and eventually seduction. What begins as obsession slowly mutates into something far more dangerous. Because the more Aerion tries to win Duncan through manipulation, the more he changes into the sort of man Duncan could genuinely start to develop feelings for.
Unfortunately for him, Ser Duncan is far too oblivious to notice any of this until it is far too late.
