It’s too much, at first. It’s the new season starting, and everyone expecting them to do as well as they did last year, and the rest of the team looking at Isaac to lead them. It’s the way that Isaac’s stomach flips when Colin smiles at him, and how he had caught himself thinking about kissing him one too many times before he could manage to shove the idea deep down where he couldn’t dwell on it anymore. It’s everything staying the same, and everything changing. It’s the fact that Isaac doesn’t feel like much of a captain at all, and he isn’t sure if he ever did.
