Summary
Runeterra is currently undergoing a series of changes in the different nations. Piltover and Zaun are on a path forward to rebuilding a better relationship. Caitlyn is part of an elite PsyOps group that was put together to neutralize conflicted areas that Noxus claim as their expansion and Vi has been assigned as the Captain of a Para-rescue group assigned to assist with the Noxian War.

“Stay focused, Caitlyn… Just mind your business… stop staring… stop looking.. She’s hot though… God, why does her body look so… delicious.. STOP. Cait. It’s because you haven’t gotten laid in months. STOP. Let's just finish this workout.” she says to herself as she slaps her face to cut it out.
Caitlyn puts her stuff into her gym bag and heads towards the restrooms to wash her hands before she heads out for the remainder of the day. As she's about to turn the corner to exit the restroom, she runs into a body that she has made very detailed mental notes of.
“You left this by the racks,” says Vi as she hands over a phone to Caitlyn.

“I do. I saw finger marks, Vi. Around your throat.” Caitlyn’s voice rose despite herself, and her eyes were sharp, searching. “Are you really going to pretend I imagined that?”
Vi looked cornered. Her body tensed, as if every muscle inside her had seized up. Her eyes darted to the pavement, to the trees, to anywhere but Caitlyn.
“I don’t—” she started, her voice small.
“Why won’t you let me care about you?” Caitlyn asked, her voice cracking. “Why won’t you let me in? Is this even a friendship if you won’t let me help?”
