After defeating Yoru, Denji chose not to kill her, instead forcing Yoru to change her contract with Asa. Now Yoru can't take over Asa without Asa's full permission.

Public Safety doesn't trust Denji or Asa but they aren't going to drop these 2. Only to keep an eye on them.
Nayuta wasn't killed luckily, just a fake to get Pochita out. She was just placed in holding.
