They didn’t really speak for the rest of the night. Ilya picked out some clothes for Shane and once he was washed and dressed they went downstairs and ate food. Ilya just scrambled some eggs for them both and they ate them in silence. When Ilya led Shane up to one of the many spare bedrooms of this house, Shane immediately collapsed onto the bed, Ilya went to leave before Shane spoke for the first time in a while “You’re leaving?” he asked with what seemed to be a pout forming on his face. Ilya froze with his door on the handle and turned back “I will just be in the next room, if you need me just come find me, ok?”
Shane shook his head and said “Stay,” like he wasn’t giving Ilya a choice before shifting over on the bed creating enough space for Ilya. Ilya faltered for a moment, dumbfounded with the way this omega, who had been shaking and scared most of the evening was now giving him a command.
