This is set in S4, before Eddie dies (what? No he doesn't, shush. Your hallucinating.)
This is my first ever fanfic, so... Probably gonna be really shit XD
Also, in this bit Eddie and Steve are 1-2 years younger (I want them at Hawkins together, sue me)
I'm horrible at sumirising, but this is kinda an au?
So like things happen kinda differently, and Dustin manages to drag Steve to a DND session with Eddie before the whole satanist panic thing, so yeah! :D, although it may be more like dustin dragged eddie to the hospital instead!!I just adore these two, and want to go back to a slightly happier time, pre S5 (duffer brothers, come on.)
Just wanna say, I got a lot of inspo from other fics, so it might be similar, but I promise I'm not trying to copy!
Also, mention of an OD in a headcanon, just a warning!!I hope you enjoy this!!

Summary
Zach Varmitech has come up with a new scheme to get his hands on the Wild Kratt's Creature Power Suits: kidnap one of the brothers and hold him for ransom until the other hands over his Creature Power Suit. With the added benefit of keeping the two meddlesome brothers apart, Zach really can't lose.
However, when Chris shows up at his penthouse to free Martin, he doesn't relinquish his suit, instead offering Zach something much more desirable: himself.

“Hands above the belt, Harrington.” Eddie huffed with a dry chuckle as Steve wrapped the metalheads bandages around his torso. Eddie grimaced at the feeling of numbing cream, antiseptic and dry, cotton bandages wrapping around his fresh stitches. First two weeks after he got his skin reattached he had to wear bandages, only taking them off when he showered and slept, to keep infections away, but after that his wounds would need to be exposed to the fresh air to heal. Eddie really wasn't excited for that.
“I know dude, but they've gotta be all covered.” Steve muttered, focused on safety pinning Eddie’s tight bandages together so they didn't fall. He still had to bandage the metalheads chest, which was probably Eddie's least favorite thing in the whole world.
