Summary
Kakashi Hatake, lead forensic detective for the Kohana Police Department, was well on his way to being promoted--that is, before he decided to intervene in the Yakuza's plan. What he failed to realize was how intertwined his police force was with the Yakuza. After bringing charges against their Oyabun, Obito Uchiha, Kakashi finds that making enemies in the city is far more common than making friends.
Unfortunately for him, Obito is seeking far more than either of those options.

“Obito please…,” pleaded Kakashi after a second of no respond from his childhood best-friend. The raven haired man only tilted his head a bit to the side to glance at Kakashi. His cold eye locked with Kakashi’s sad ones.
The younger teen looked like he wanted to pour his heart out but nothing came out. As if something was constricting his throat. So when there’s no more words from Kakashi, Obito shrugged his hand free then shoved it into his jeans pocket before walking away.
Kakashi’s eyes widened, his hand still hanging in the air started to tremble. He so desperately wanted to chase that broad back but his legs were so heavy and he was glued to his spot with his tongue tied. There’s this suffocating feeling squeezing his heart as he let Obito walked away from his sight. Once the older man was finally gone, Kakashi’s knees buckled and he slumped to the floor while clutching his chest. He ignored the burn stinging his eyes as he let out a painful sobs.His tears ran down his covered cheeks again for the first time after 9 years.
