At nineteen Bill Fraser lost his virginity to a short Irishman with a mean right hook. Five years later another Irishman has stolen his heart. But Edinburgh is small and when Bill discovers both men are old friends, he finds himself stuck keeping secrets and resisting temptation.
In a city filled with prejudice, a sensible man would leave them alone. A sensible man wouldn't help them buy an old bookshop. But Bill Fraser isn't sensible and his heart is about to get broken.
