Quit bothering with Lyonel Baratheon and give me your blood. Only me. I will make sure you will want for nothing. Whatever bills you have, I will pay them. I will make sure you are comfortable and well fed. I want your blood. I need it. I cannot drink anything else now. You’ve ruined me, you stupid oaf.”

“Oh, right,” Dunk said. “So you've been training with the best swords in the realm all your life, and you're still just complete rubbish, is that it?” True, Dunk had done some training himself since they last met, but that could hardly signify.
Aerion said nothing. It was, Dunk reflected, a skill Dunk might have almost admired him for, except that he didn't. And then Aerion spoilt it anyway by saying, “I've had men beaten for saying things less offensive than that.”
