Summary
“You don't do anything halfway, do you, kid?” Gris said.
“Is it high?” Rudo asked.
“Kid, you've got a 103-degree fever. Yes, that's high.”
“Oh.”
Enjin sighed, tucking Rudo in. “Alright, here's the plan, Rudo. Gris brought some medicine for you. Take it, and then you're going to get some sleep. Eisha will check you out when she gets back.”
Rudo groaned. He did not want to see Eisha. He hated the med bay.
That got a chuckle out of Gris and Enjin. “You need to see her, kid,” Enjin said.
“I hate the med bay,” he mumbled.
Gris helped Rudo take the pills with some water and then coaxed him under the covers, brushing his hair back.
Rudo sighed softly, feeling himself getting sleepy at the sensation of Gris’s hand running through his hair. It was so soothing and comforting; it reminded him of Regto.
“Get some sleep, Rudo,” he heard distantly as he fell asleep.

Summary
Rudo wasn't sure when his hands began to throb, but it had become enough to pull him out of his thoughts, looking down at the appendages. He winced, though it was more in annoyance at his arms than it was due to the pain. He flexed his fingers, tightening his hands into loose fists before releasing them with a heavy exhale. If he didn't find a distraction soon, he was going to be dealing with an entirely different kind of problem. One that he couldn't fix on his own. That's when he heard a loud laugh fill the halls, filtering through the door. By the time it reached his ears it was muffled and barely audible, but there was no mistaking where it came from. Enjin.

Bittersweet thoughts cause Rudo to have an epiphany and lead to him wanting to initiate a hug with Enjin.

Summary
The young members of Team Akuta have gone missing without a trace. Enjin and Gris will do anything it takes to rescue them… even if they have to team up with the Raiders of all people. Apparently Jabber has disappeared too, and Cthoni and Bundus are just as desperate to find him.
For once, the Cleaners and the Raiders have a united goal: To track down their kids, and get them back by any means necessary.

Summary
Sometimes Gris seriously wonders what exactly goes on up in Enjin’s head. He’s a team leader with three kids, and is somehow one of the most reckless people he knows. Not with the kids around, but when he’s off by himself? It’s like all that stuff he tells his team goes out the door. Like it just doesn’t apply to him. He’d never let one of his kids go waltzing around in a No Man’s Land or a polluted zone alone. But him? Oh that was fair game, it didn’t matter if he did it.
