Summary
After Spain, Ada Wong is cornered. The government doesn’t trust her, Umbrella’s shadows still linger, and the only deal she can cut is one that forces her into witness protection. The catch? She has to disappear into a picture-perfect suburban neighborhood under the guise of marriage. To Leon Kennedy.
Now they’re trapped behind white picket fences, mowing lawns and attending block parties, playing house while pretending they aren’t carrying secrets that could burn the world down. It’s supposed to be fake. It’s supposed to be survival.
But then Leon smiles while flipping pancakes in their too-small kitchen, Ada lounges in silk robes sipping wine at noon, and the neighbors keep calling them “such a cute couple.”
And the line between pretend and real starts to blur.

All original characters belong to Capcom. Their characterization is based on my own interpretations and headcanons, so some of them may be OOC.

Leon learned a long time ago that treating things casually made them easier to survive. It’s why he laughs off the permanent eyebags, shrugs away the worried glances from Chris and Claire, and pretends he doesn't spend his rare days off overthinking. It’s muscle memory by now.
But casual is a hard pill to swallow when it comes to Ada Wong.
