Thea Mendoza has been cutting up bodies since she was little and singing to Vicente Fernandez tunes in her abuelita's kitchen. Now, working in the city in an autopsy lab, she doesn't mind talking to the corpses, or sewing them back up, or pretending not to care about how they died, no matter how horrible.
