Summary
You were Imperial-trained, post-Empire broke, and had a strict policy against caring about anything you couldn't carry on your back. The bounty on an unnamed asset on Nevarro was supposed to be clean work: find the target, collect the credits, disappear.

A huff of air exited through your nose, frustration fraying at your stature. You tried to rein yourself in. “-I didn't know what to do, so I ran aboard, and I hid where I saw the first hiding place…”
Jack nodded, amusedly running his tongue along the side of his mouth as you spoke. “Well, it’s a good thing you hid in my cabin then, isn't it, darling?
