And his body, without much thought raced after him, wanting to keep him close, wanting to stay close, never wishing to be apart, not even the distance of breath.

Deva has had enough of the silence he has received from Varadha. after taking over protecting Aadhya , he is going back to Khansaar to confront him about chasing a girl for no reason. ( Its also a good reason to meet him after all these years SOOO.. yes he will take the chance)
Varadha is stressed, sleep deprived and tired. too many things to do before Deva comes back. He is ready to throw everything away and run from Khansaar along with his treasure. He really does not wish to meet deva. and why is Deva even confronting him about chasing a girl he has no clue of??!or the exes are meeting after seven years after silly problems arise(like stopping a seal or something like that). too many arguments and too many secrets to be revealed.
