Summary
Cold water was rushing over Jimmy's feet, filling his shoes and rapidly climbing his legs. The torrent poured into the tank at a roar. He could barely hear Grian shouting over the noise.
“Okay! We've got! The keys!” Grian pointed at the padlock keeping the bars over his tank closed. “Now! Just unlock mine first!”
“You're sure?” Jimmy hollered back, already reaching through the bars over his own tank to fit the first key into Grian’s lock. His fingers were stiff from the cold. The water was reaching his waist.
“Yeah! Like we agreed, Timmy! I'm closer to the shut-off valve! That valve is our priority!”
