Mumbo stood on the roof of a skyscraper, looking out over the city. It was getting dark out, just before sunset. He probably should be heading back to headquarters soon, whatever happened after dark really wasn’t his problem right now, and he didn’t want to try and deal with it. The last time he went out on patrol after dark it… well, it didn’t go so great. He sighed and stepped out onto the ledge, ready to take off when a voice over his headset stopped him.
“Black Box, there’s been reports of an attempted robbery in your area. Details will be sent to your visor screen, please get there as soon as possible.”

It's about nameless heroes that hold out helping hands, without knowing the names of those they've helped, or giving theirs. Brief encounters and rumors of legends, that come together to tell the parts of a whole that make up only a fraction of the story.

Bad, for one, can barely hurt a fly. Etho prefers to keep it calm. Quackity just wants some peace. Doc tries to help them, but it's hard to fight for a cause that everyone considers high treason. He tries to keep them safe, keep them hidden, but when there's a group that was formed specifically to hunt down Shadowwalkers, things are bound to go wrong.
