Chapter Text
The room was empty. Bare deep blue walls with a vaulted ceiling, the floor covered in a soft carpet. In this room stood a person. They stand over 9 feet tall with long white robes that sweep the floor hanging on their form. Long black hair with bangs covers their eyes, with large black wings sprouting from their back, and two white rings with small planetary spheres floating just around their head. Beside them is a 5’7” woman with bubblegum pink hair, dark red eyes, dark almost black skin, blue horns, and dressed in comfortable yet fashionable clothing. The pink-haired woman frowns as she taps on her phone.
“Salvus, I’m bored!” The girl complains, whining and stamping her foot like a petulant child. The being beside her sighs, hanging their head.
“May, haven’t you been reading that one story that came from Dimension 5305? The one where a meeting between Dimensions 6890 and 7046 happened due to an accident in 6890?” The being, Salvus, asks in a patient voice, their head tilting to the side. The woman, May, shakes her head.
“I finished it ages ago! I’ve seen the beings from Dimension 5305 do these things called ‘reaction videos’ about that story, but there are only so many of them a girl can watch before she gets bored.” May whines, now pacing around the room. Salvus nods sagely, a thoughtful frown gracing their lips. A long moment of silence passes before Salvus speaks up again.
“Couldn’t you perhaps do something similar? I know it’s…. unethical, and in the gray area of the rules for the IQRA, but it is do-able.” They say, and it’s like a lightbulb goes off in May’s head as she nods frantically. Her hands grasp onto the robes of the other being, jumping up and down in excitement.
“That is a great idea!” May says as she lets go of the white fabric. She then begins to head towards a door on one of the walls, intent on making this idea become reality.
“You’re a genius, Salvus dear!” May calls over her shoulder before nearly slamming the door shut. A light blush appears on the primordial’s face, but they chuckle and shake their head in fond amusement.

When one Midoriya Izuku steps out of his dorm room one Thursday morning, he instantly feels that something is off. He doesn’t know why, but his gut tells him that things are going to happen whether he wants them to or not. With a sigh, he resigns himself to his fate and starts heading towards the common room of the dorms. Then, he feels the world shift.

Atsushi is out shopping like he always is on Sundays. He and Kyouka need groceries, after all. As he walks through the isles, shopping basket in hand, he bumps into someone. He’s about to apologize, but pauses when he sees that he’s bumped into Akutagawa. Per their usual, the two start bickering, neither of them noticing the world shifting until it’s too late.

A bright flash fills the once empty room, dropping in several people onto the floor without much care. Multiple people groan, a couple scream a little as someone else lands on top of them. Another flash, and everyone is situated on plush chairs, beanbags, and couches. Salvus and May appear in the room, May seeming much more excited than the primordial.
“Who are you and what do you want with us?” Aizawa Shouta asks, standing and activating his quirk. Just as the red in his eyes appears and his hair starts to float up, it’s cut off. The underground hero looks shocked, the same expression mirrored on Class 1-A and a few other select adults.
“Please calm down everyone, we do not mean you any harm.” Salvus speaks, their voice smooth and gentle.
“Salvus is right! We don’t want to hurt you guys, we just want you all to react to something! Oh, I’m May, by the way.” May says, a wide smile on her face as she waves. The room is silent for a moment, everyone but a select few still tense.
“She’s not lying. She just wants entertainment.” Edogawa Ranpo pipes up, a lollipop in his mouth. The rest of the Armed Detective Agency relaxes, trusting the black-haired man in his assessment.
“Yes, yes, thank you Ranpo for that.” May says, flapping a hand almost dismissively. Said detective scoffs at the perceived disrespect, but says nothing more on the matter.
“Anyways, you all are here to react to something!” She says with glee, rocking back and forth on her heels. Everyone in the room is very confused, glancing at each other with concerned expressions.
“Why us?” Atsushi chimes out, and several other people voice the same sentiment. May and Salvus look at each other before they both shrug, deciding that was enough of an answer. Salvus vanishes into a wisp of smoke, and May leaves through the door that appeared on the right wall of the room.
“For context,” May’s voice rings out over the speakers, “you will all be watching an alternate version of yourselves.”
Several people cry out, not believing the demon's words. There is a near ear-splitting screech that quickly silences everyone.
“Enough! Enough! Yes, it is possible, and no, I’m not giving you anymore information. Dinner will be at six, and bathrooms are to your right. For safety measures, quirks and abilities do not work in this room. There will be absolutely no fighting, or you will have to pay for the damages and everyone else's therapy. Do I make myself clear?” May asks, and she gets a chorus of affirmatives and nods. She smiles, quite pleased with herself in getting that all out.
“Without further ado! Sit back, relax, and enjoy the show!” The lights dim, and the screen lights up, beginning to play the first scene.
