“Gojo-sensei!” Yuuji complained with a pout towards a laughing Satoru, who had casually placed his hand in his pockets.
“Come on, Yuuji-kun. It’s not hard, isn’t it? Just say you like me~!” Satoru teased with his annoying grin. His right arm quickly moved to be placed around Yuuji’s shoulder.
Yuuji sighed, his cheeks and ears red as he turned his head away. “I l-like you …” he said before puffing his cheeks.
Satoru laughed before ruffling Yuuji’s hair with a grin, “That was cute, Yuuji-kun! But, I’m sure you can do better!”
“Gah! You’re so annoying, Sensei!”
Megumi leaned against the open window with his eyes wide open. Slow blinks followed the furrow of his brows. “What the fuck?” he muttered as he wondered what the scene he had just witnessed was.
“Man, I knew Gojo-sensei was trash. But, I didn’t think he’d openly date a student like this,” Nobara’s deadpan tone greeted Megumi’s confusion. The male student turned his head towards Nobara with raised eyebrows. “Itadori’s an idiot too for falling for that perv.”
Megumi’s face contorted into an uncomfortable expression at Nobara’s comments. “I don’t think they’re actually dating …” he said, face turning quickly as he searched for the pair that was nowhere to be seen.
“Are you sure about that?” Nobara asked, her calloused fingers pointing towards a tree in their schoolyard.
Asquint of Megumi’s eyes was done not long after that. The student focused his vision towards the tree that Nobara had pointed out. His eyes widened when he saw Gojo pinning Yuuji against the tree trunk with a grin, his blindfold lifted as he stared at Yuuji with his bright blue eyes. Megumi felt his heart fall to his stomach before he decided to turn his head, walking away from the window without another glance.
———
The realization that his crush was in a tryst with their teacher was more than enough for Megumi to feel sick to his stomach. He had his fair share of forbidden love content from fiction, but to see it happen in front of him was a shock nonetheless.
Megumi knew what Yuuji was getting into was wrong on so many levels. Sure, the thrill from a forbidden romance with your excessively hot teacher would be through the roof. But the morality of their entire relationship was totally not aligned with Megumi’s moral compass, something he doubted Satoru even had to begin with.
Above all else, Megumi felt an impending sense of fear for Yuuji’s safety. The student was not the smartest and had a tendency to act before he even thinks about the consequences for his actions. Megumi knew from firsthand experience, considering that was exactly what led to their first meeting.
He feared for Yuuji mostly because Satoru had always been a manipulative bastard with a shitty personality. His teacher had amazing skills as a sorcerer, nobody could deny that, but he was not really someone who could be called a ‘good person’. Megumi shuddered as he wondered what actions Yuuji would have been coaxed into doing.
All of the, very much rational (!!!), fear had built up for the past week and led to Megumi following the student-teacher pair when they left to go somewhere on the weekend. Most probably for a date that made Megumi shudder at the mere thought of it.
Megumi was only looking out for Yuuji! He’s definitely not stalking him, okay? He’s just a worried friend, who happened to have a crush on said person he’s worried about!!
“Gojo-sensei …” Yuuji called out in a voice that sounded sickeningly sweet as they were walking through the park. Megumi’s eyes widened beneath his dark sunglasses, he had never heard Yuuji use that tone of voice before. It made a strange feeling settle in the pits of his stomach.
“Yes, yes, Yuuji-kun~~” Satoru replied, his voice just as sweet but mostly sickening in Megumi’s ears. Megumi couldn’t stop himself from scowling at the sound.
Against all reactions Megumi thought Yuuji would have, the younger actually, visibly, cringed at Satoru’s reply. Yuuji’s face mirrored Megumi’s scowl, and he complained, “Sensei, this isn’t working out ….”
Megumi would be lying if he said he didn’t feel a slight flutter in his stomach and satisfaction wash over his body.
“Yuuji-kun, you have to hold on …” Satoru said with a pout, arms circling around Yuuji’s shoulder. “Did you forget why we’re doing this?” Satoru asked, leaning his head closer while his hand squeezed Yuuji’s shoulder slightly.
Yuuji’s shoulder slumped with defeat, followed by a small sigh, “But I feel so … icky , whenever you speak. I just can’t get used to it ….”
Satoru laughed that annoying laughter of his. The teacher stopped in his tracks to push Yuuji against a tree. Megumi’s eyebrows furrowed as he hid behind a tree just a few meters away from them.
“It all takes time, with a bit of practice you’ll get used to it in no time!” Satoru said, glasses dropping slightly on the bridge of his nose as his blue eyes sparkled in the light. “Besides ….” Satoru’s voice left Megumi’s hearing as the teacher decided it was the perfect moment to whisper against Yuuji’s ear.
Megumi’s blood began to boil when he saw Yuuji’s unoccupied ear turn red in tune with his cheeks, his grip on the tree trunk tightening. He could see Yuuji’s gaze running as if he wanted to escape whatever bullshit Satoru was whispering in his ear.
The student was quick to push Satoru away, walking ahead of the teacher in fast paces, “S-shut up and let’s go!” Yuuji commanded in between his strides, forgetting all form of manner.
Satoru laughed, immensely satisfied with the reaction. “Ahh, Yuuji-kun, are you shy~? Did my words startle you?” he teased with a chuckle.
“Gojo-sensei!” Yuuji scolded, eyes darting around the park to see if they had any audience.
“Yes, yes, I’m coming.” Satoru placed his hands behind his head leisurely and walked towards Yuuji in confident steps.
Megumi didn’t even realize he had taken a huge chunk from the tree trunk he was holding, curse energy flowing unknowingly as his anger built up.
———
“That shitty sensei!” Nobara’s voice growled as she banged a fist on the table. The female student had her leg up on the chair as her face turned into a scowl, her pose resembling that of a high school delinquent. “Fushiguro-kun, we have to get him out of that relationship! Who knows what shitty things that shitty sensei had that shitty idiot do!”
The two were gathered in Megumi’s room. Another weekend had rolled around and Megumi finally had the time to tell Nobara everything he saw at Yuuji and Satoru’s ‘date’ last week.
Megumi gave her a once over and sighed, “I’m not sure if that’s what Yuuji wants …” he admitted with a frown. “I don’t want to do something that he doesn’t want.”
Nobara just gave him a scowl before scoffing in disbelief, “Didn’t you stalk him last week?”
“I was worried for him!”
“Still stalking. Anyways, do you think that’s what he wanted?!” Nobara deadpanned before sighing. “Besides, from what you told me, the relationship is totally unhealthy! It just seems like Sensei’s only dragging Itadori-kun around! There’s definitely an imbalance of power there, emotionally and physically.”
Megumi groaned and threw himself onto his bed, “How am I supposed to break them up?! I can’t just barge into Itadori’s room and tell him that I’m in love with him.” He stared at the white ceiling of his bedroom, glaring as images of Yuuji’s blushing face wouldn’t leave his mind.
“Uhh, yes you can?” Nobara said, leaning lazily into her knuckles. “Just go there and confess, convince him that you’re a hundred times better than our shitty sensei.”
Megumi raised his head slightly to stare at Nobara, “How can I convince him when I know that I’m not better than Gojo-sensei in any sense?” Megumi sighed pathetically. “I’m shorter, I’m not as good a sorcerer, I’m not as handsome, I’m—“
“Hey, you have a less shitty personality, at least?”
Megumi couldn’t help but groan at Nobara’s sorry excuse of a pick me up. “It’ll be fine, Fushiguro-kun…. Just tell Itadori-kun why you think their relationship is wrong and how he deserves better. Itadori’s an idiot so he’d probably listen to you,” Nobara said, a comforting hand placed on Megumi’s shoulder.
“Itadori doesn’t listen to anyone except his beloved Gojo-sensei .” Megumi was actually shocked that he could be so petty, even copying the sweetness of Yuuji’s voice when calling out to Satoru. “And it’s not my place to butt into Yuuji’s relationship.”
Nobara rolled her eyes and threw her head back with a groan of frustration. “Of course, it’s your place! You’re his friend, aren’t you? Why shouldn’t it be your place to warn him about his relationship that’s, basically, a gathering of red flags?!” Nobara scolded, walking towards Megumi’s bed to bump her fist against his forehead. “You’re just scared you’d have to confess to him and that he’d reject you,” she said matter-a-factly.
Megumi could only stare at her and couldn’t even deny her words. He knew full well that Nobara was right. Megumi was just scared Yuuji would reject him and refuse to even listen to what he had to say. The raven-haired student sighed for the umpteenth time that day, arm pressed over his eyes as his mind started to play a hundred different scenarios where Itadori Yuuji was rejecting his love.
A knock on Megumi’s door made the two heads turn. A pink-haired head poked from behind the wooden door, eyes carefully scanning the room to see if he was interrupting something. “Hey, can I come in?” Yuuji asked with half his body still covered.
Nobara gave Megumi a pointed stare before standing up and taking her leave. “I was just about to leave, y’all go talk about whatever you want,” she said in a bored tone. Nobara quickly walked out of the room with confident strides and a slam to the door.
Megumi stared at his door and sighed in defeat. He sat himself up and finally gave room for Yuuji on his bed. The usually reckless boy walked towards the bed timidly, as if something was clouding his mind.
“So, what’s up?” Megumi asked, pushing himself until he was leaning against the wall. His heart was pounding a mile an hour but he kept a stoic expression in front of Yuuji. His voice was even monotonous as if he had little to no care for Yuuji’s presence.
Yuuji turned in Megumi’s bed, sitting cross-legged beside the other as he stared at him with serious eyes. “I knew you were following me and Gojo-sensei last week,” Yuuji admitted as he stared straight into Megumi’s navy blue orbs.
An audible nervous gulp was heard as Megumi quickly turned his head. Yuuji could only stare at him as he waited for a reply.
When no reply came, Yuuji forcefully turned Megumi’s head so they were looking eye to eye. “Why did you follow us, Fushiguro?” Yuuji’s voice wasn’t accusative, it was merely curious, even a tad bit hopeful for reasons unbeknownst to Megumi.
“Was it because of Gojo-sensei?” Yuuji asked with a rancid look on his face.
Megumi couldn’t keep his emotions calm as he visibly cringed and shook his head. “Why would I follow you because of that shitty sensei?” he asked rhetorically.
“Then ... did you follow us because of me ?” Yuuji asked, his eyes wide, leaning towards Megumi with an expectant look on his face. Megumi swore he saw them glimmer.
Megumi couldn’t answer, cheeks red as all confidence vanished because of how close Yuuji was to him.
“Fushiguro, was it because of me?” Yuuji once again asked, face even closer than before.
“What if it was?” Megumi asked, turning his face away as he couldn’t stare at Yuuji for a moment longer.
Yuuji didn’t answer, his silence was enough to make Megumi worried, causing him to turn his face. He watched as Yuuji held his head down as if he was contemplating what his next move should be. Megumi was quick to avert his gaze when Yuuji picked his head back up again.
“If it was because of me,” Yuuji started with a slight tremble in his voice. “And it’s for the reason that I think it is …” the student continued, voice getting louder as he shifted closer to Megumi.
A sudden weight on Megumi’s lap was enough to startle the student until he jumped. He stared wide-eyed at Yuuji, who had comfortably rested himself on Megumi’s thighs without even asking for the latter’s permission. Megumi sat, frozen as he had no clue what he should do.
“Can I kiss you?” Yuuji asked. He even had the audacity to be embarrassed as if he hadn’t just completely barged into Megumi’s personal space and placed himself on the other’s lap with little to no care.
Again, Megumi had no idea why Yuuji bothered asking. Because, before Megumi even had the chance to reply. Yuuji’s annoyingly soft lips were on him with a slight ‘umph’ escaping both their throats. An annoying peal of deep laughter was enough to tell the two that another presence had forced Yuuji’s body forward.
Megumi, poor, stupidly in love Megumi, kissed back without much thought. The taller one was glad he even had the chance to kiss Yuuji, as a few moments ago he thought it would be impossible to even hold his hand.
Two arms circled around Yuuji’s waist, pulling the shorter closer as Yuuji’s hands moved to lay on Megumi’s shoulders. They both pulled each other closer, deepening the kiss as if it hadn’t been their first time swapping saliva.
Hungry mouths opened as their tongues started exploring each other’s mouths, mapping every inch as if they were scared it would all end too quickly.
Megumi’s mind started to wander as he imagined how Yuuji would look, breathless in his lap with his cheeks flushed and lips swollen. A small whimper escaped Yuuji’s mouth when Megumi’s hand had accidentally moved lower and squeezed his skin. Images of a blushing Yuuji reminded Megumi of the scene he saw just a week ago, of a blushing Yuuji and a giddy Satoru.
“Wait,” Megumi called as he quickly separated their connected lips. “Are—aren’t you dating Gojo-sensei?” he said between rushed breaths.
“W-what—?”
“Really? You had to pick the idiot?” an exasperated voice called out, annoyed.
“Shut up, Sukuna,” Yuuji scolded the mouth on his cheek and waited until it disappeared. “Also, what the fuck, Fushiguro?!” Yuuji exclaimed, cheeks flushed and lips glistening from their makeout session.
Megumi had to force himself to calm down because holy fuck Yuuji’s hot .
“Are you not?” Megumi asked, still out of breath but now a bit more confused.
Yuuji rested his head on his lifted arms, looking downright adorable as he stared at Megumi with a tired expression, “I’m literally on your lap, right now.”
Megumi shuddered at the sight, the student turned his gaze and said with a pout, “Well then why were you always with Gojo-sensei? He was really flirty every time too!” Megumi tried to not sound like a complaining child, he really did. But there was just something about Yuuji that made him want to cling to the pink-haired man. Megumi himself didn’t understand what it was and why it had that effect on him.
Instead of replying normally, Yuuji had muttered a few words, words that Megumi had trouble deciphering. Yuuji’s face was turned away as his face flushed, Megumi’s was sure the cause was not their mini makeout session.
“What did you say?” Megumi asked, pinching Yuuji’s sides to get his attention.
Yuuji bounced slightly at that, body tense as if in full alert. He glared at Megumi before scowling, “It was for practice,” he mumbled, voice barely enough to pass through Megumi’s ears.
“Practice? Practice for what?” Megumi asked, he was sure the practice had nothing to do with sorcery. Megumi continued to stare at the boy in front of him, paying full attention to Yuuji as if he couldn’t take his eyes away from him. Gaze exactly opposite of his bashfulness mere moments ago.
The shorter closed his eyes before groaning, “Sensei was helping me practice my confessions and teaching me how to act on dates!” Yuuji admitted with red ears, he definitely thought admitting to that was the most embarrassing he had done thus far.
It was silent until a snort made Yuuji lift his head. His eyes full of betrayal as he looked at a barely-holding-it-together Megumi.
Megumi couldn’t describe the giddiness he was feeling. His stomach was crowded with rowdy butterflies the minute he understood that Yuuji was going through everything in preparation for dating him. The smaller even agreed to practice with Satoru despite, obviously, being uncomfortable with the entire ordeal. Megumi couldn’t stop himself from smiling, tightening his hold on Yuuji’s waist as he pulled him into another deep kiss.
The two stayed like that for a few minutes, sucking each other’s faces like horny teenagers who had no care of the world around them.
Yuuji was smiling throughout the entire session, his wide grin making both their tasks harder but didn’t make them any less happy.
Megumi moved their bodies until Yuuji’s was sprawled underneath him. He was about to continue when a thought passed through his head.
“Wait, does that mean that you like me?” Megumi asked, completely breaking the mood.
“Ah, Megumi … You should be glad you’re talented.”
“Sukuna, shut the fuck up,” Yuuji ordered the meddling mouth once again, forcing it to disappear before it could utter anymore insults, or even worse, compliments .
Megumi still stared at Yuuji, awaiting for an answer to his question.
Yuuji laughed at the worried expression and nodded quickly, whispering, “You really are an idiot, Fushiguro,” before once again pulling Megumi into a kiss.
The two acted quickly after that. Their messy kisses were partnered with inexperienced hands. They were groping, rubbing, and teasing any inch of skin that they could touch. Meanwhile, small whimpers escaped both their mouths in between their unending kisses.
Megumi’s hands were underneath Yuuji’s shirt not long after that, rubbing the hard muscles with his calloused fingers. He was only a few moments away from lifting the shirt up when the loud slamming of Megumi’s dorm door made them pause.
“Megumi-kun, Yuuji-kun, congratulations~!” Satoru’s annoying voice interrupted with glee. “Unfortunately, I have to stop you right here,” he continued to say with little to no remorse for his actions.
“Gojo-sensei …” Yuuji growled towards the man in the doorway, his shirt had been lifted to his chest as he glared towards his teacher. Megumi could only stare at Satoru with a unreadable expression on his face.
Satoru sent a wink their way before turning his body to leave, “Clothes on, boys! We have a mission~!” Satoru’s steps were light as he pranced down the hallway without even bothering to close Megumi’s door.
“Hah! You heard him. Clothes on, boys!” Sukuna’s booming voice also broke the deafening silence of the room.
“Shut up, Sukuna!” Yuuji exclaimed, completely annoyed. He stared at Megumi above him, the taller had his hands curled into fists just next to Yuuji’s waist. “Fushi—“
“I’m gonna kill that shitty sensei.”
Yuuji blinked as he was suddenly left alone in Megumi’s room, the quick breeze left behind was enough to indicate the speed it took for Megumi to leave the still confused, crookedly clothed, Yuuji alone in his room.
“Wait a minute—! Gah, Fushiguro—!” The pink-haired man was quick to fix his shirt before lifting himself up to follow his, hopefully, new lover.
“See if you didn’t pick the idiot, none of this would happen.”
“Sukuna, I swear to God. Shut the fuck up!”
———
“I l-like you … Fushiguro.”
“That was cute, Yuuji-kun! But, I’m sure you can do better!”
“Gah! You’re so annoying, Sensei!”
———
“Besides … Megumi-kun has been following us since we left the dorm, isn’t that an obvious green light for you, Yuuji-kun?”
“S-shut up and let’s go!”
“Ahh, Yuuji-kun, are you shy~? Did my words startle you?”
“Gojo-sensei!”
“Yes, yes, I’m coming.”
