According to the official paperwork, Clarus Amicitia has two children: Gladiolus and Iris.
If you ask Clarus, he will tell you he has three: Gladiolus, Iris, and Prompto Argentum.
All four of them deserve a hug. Or ten.
For Noctis, summoning Ramuh's power makes him realize the path ahead might be hard to walk.
For Gladio, the events in Altissia hit hard.
For Ignis, coping with his new blindness is a strain, and the conflict between Noct and Gladio pushes him to his limit.
For Prompto, his solo adventure was … a lot, but the guys arrive to put him back together.
- Part 5 of Love Languages
3+1: There's a lot going on in their lives. Still, Noctis makes an effort to spend time with each of his friends doing things they enjoy.
Actually, Ignis was leaning against the cook station not doing the dishes. He was just standing there with his eyes closed. Then he stood up straighter and picked up a dirty bowl.
Noctis looked back at his phone. He was three-quarters of the way through a raid. He quit the game anyway. He scrolled through his apps. Hopefully he hadn't uninstalled the radio. He didn't use it much.
- Part 4 of Love Languages
5-part series based vaguely around the 5 Love Languages according to Gary Chapman. Because these boys love each other any way you slice it.
1: Words of Affirmation - Prompto POV
2: Acts of Service - Ignis POV
3: Receiving Gifts - Gladio POV
4: Quality Time - Noctis POV
5: Physical Touch - Various POV
3+1: Prompto tells each of his friends how highly he thinks of them ... and then they return the sentiment.
"Your timing was perfect, and you absolutely sniped him! Noct, buddy ... you are the MVP. You're my King's Knight hero."
Noct shook his head, but he also blessed Prompto with a small smile. Prompto beamed back at him. He'd just hit his quota.
