Summary
Wolfwood has been sick and he cannot figure out why. Fatigued and nauseous in the night, it's terrible, but the worst thing is Vash's sudden onset of babying him. He hates doctors, but he's getting really close to sucking it up and going. Before that, Wolfwood's final idea is to ask Milly for advice. She, in all of her Milly wisdom recommends a pregnancy test. It would be valid advice if Wolfwood wasn't certain that he was unable to get pregnant. His whole body, but especially his reproductive organs, had been fried by Doctor Conrad's experiments over ten years ago. He was supposed to be completely infertile.
Still... what would one test hurt? Just to knock the possibility off the list for sure?

Summary
Wolfwood toys with the floorboards at the entrance, finding a crevice interesting. He wants to say more to Vash, share more conversations and smiles and laughs today because he didn't know what tomorrow would bring; he wasn't sure whether tomorrow for them was promised or not.
So he found his feet faltering at the threshold, terrified that if he were to walk out the door, today would be the last of their tomorrows.
Because if Vash so easily disappeared from Wolfwood's life two years ago, who's to say he wouldn't do it again tomorrow?

Two years since the Fifth Moon incident, Wolfwood has finally found Vash, or the man known as "Eriks" in this small town. He gives Vash an ultimatum: he leaves in three days.This is an exploration of what exactly went on in that three-day-long wait.
