Summary
From his parents' divorce, to deconstructing his childhood faith, to being diagnosed autistic at thirty, Ryland Grace has faced his fair share of major life changes. He's gained, lost, and regained significant weight several times- though not as often as his poor mom did. He and his twin brother Colt each had amazing careers that ended in a sudden fall from grace. (Pardon the two awful puns.) And after each "incident," the other twin fought like hell to keep his brother from disappearing into his own shame.
By 39, Ryland's life might not look that impressive from the outside. But he's gosh darn proud of it, because he's rebuilt it from the ground up. With help from Colt, (and years of therapy,) he's made a life for himself that's comfortable, yet meaningful. He is truly, deeply happy.
Then the sun starts dying. And some random Dutchwoman with more power than God plucks Ryland from his hard-won happy life, throws him onto a boat full of mad scientists, and tasks them all with saving the world.
It seems that there are a lot more changes in store for Ryland Grace...

after some odd months of fucking each other, he slowly starts to see this hungry, unsatisfied look reveal itself, this new side of you peaking back at him specifically whenever he does his regular safe ritual of rolling a condom on.
remmick would be remiss not to notice it. notice how as soon as he ran out of protection you would grin at him and nibble on his ear, telling him “we don’t need it this time, just this once.”
