Summary
Loki and Mobius' souls have loved each other for longer than the oldest star in the universe. Their love is ancient and sacred, and most of all: it is true. They have shared many lifetimes together, and they promised to always find each other, no matter what.

He pulled his chair out and sat down, reaching towards the file Mobius left on his desk the previous day, when something caught his eye. Leaning against his pen pot was a small red cardboard box with a bright yellow heart on the front. Inside the heart was a phrase that made him tilt his head in confusion.
“Cutie pie?” He murmured softly, “From which corner of the Nine Realms did you emerge?” he asked, his curiosity piqued and eyes widening as he flipped the box over to uncover a message scrawled on its back.

Summary
The way that Loki treated him was different from how he'd treated others he was intimate with. He was slow with Mobius; each kiss was soft and deliberate as if he were committing each part of Mobius to his memory.
Loki seemed to melt when they were alone together, his tough exterior softening, begging for Mobius to be close to him.
Or, Mobius and Loki start meeting up secretly to kiss. Mobius isn't sure what their relationship is and starts a "Does Loki like me?" list in a secret notebook. What happens when Loki finds said notebook?
