"Bad day?" Asks Rindou absently as Sanzu breathes down his neck. Rindou can smell it. The smoke, the whiskey, the repressed aggression. All of it is bitter, except for the promise of pleasure, which is only a tad sweeter.
"Cut that shit out." Sanzu snatches the book from Rindou's hand. Rindou makes a sound of protest before Sanzu hushes him. "No affect behind all that, no psychology, no flux or desire, no libido or death drive," Sanzu reads.

Summary
Sanzu was the first to break the kiss, a string of saliva following. He's panting hard, lips glossy and swollen— fluttering his long, pink lashes up to stare at Ran.
"Is this what we're always going to do? Fight and have sex to make up?"
Ran gazes at him for a moment, loving how kissing alone can get Sanzu so riled up. Ran doesn't answer the question, and Haruchiyo is ready to argue with him. Tonight is going to be different. He wants Sanzu to admit how he feels during their intimate moments.
