Mizuki didn't register it as water at first. He stared down into the clear liquid. "Vodka?"
Wuyang laughed. The sound echoed like wind chimes in Mizuki's mind. "It's water. That stuff you need to be drinking more of? Remember how you were bragging earlier about being able to hold your liquor? Yeah, that's not happening if you don't stay hydrated." He raised a brow at Mizuki expectantly.
Mizuki took a swig. The sharp lack of sensation and flavor compared to alcohol almost made him want to gag at first. Then he sipped at it, the feeling went away, and he sighed. The scenery was swaying around him, but he sank into it more easily now.
Once again, Wuyang took the empty glass. When it returned to his hand, it was full of liquor once more.
