“Oh, by the way, I have a wonderful idea for tonight!” She brightened up. Minji didn’t have to engage with an answer before the other continued. “I know you are not a big fun of parties lately, and I get that going out tonight might not be the best idea with you being...” she moved her hand around to express what words couldn’t. “You know. But it would just be a pity not to do anything fun for Halloween, so I decided we are going to have a Twilight marathon.” She concluded, hands clasped in front of her and a bright smile etched on her features.
“Ah, no, thanks.” Minji replied.
“Why not? They are a must watch and it would be so fun with you being... you know.” She said again, same hand gestures as before.
Minji glanced around to make sure they were far enough from everyone else in the cafeteria.
“And don’t you think that the fact that I am a vampire is exactly why I wouldn’t want to watch the movie?” She asked, lowering her voice.
Hanni pouted. “Oh, c’mon, don’t you want to see how some of your sunbaenims lived?” She asked.
“I don’t think Edward Cullen is really my sunbaenim.” She shot back with a laugh.Vampire au inspired by that Minji's podcast.
