Mixed feelings. The first third is a bit slow, with barely any tension. The first kiss (and things getting physical) doesn't happen until ch. 8, but from there their chemistry finally clicks. I just wish there had been more smut throughout — it only really picked up in the middle and at the very end.

Good fic. Strong tension and excellent romance, especially in the first two-thirds. Decent amount of smut. The plot loses momentum in the final third and gets a little shaky in places, but still a good read.

Summary
