Summary
When they return for their 8th year, Harry and Draco each decide unanimously, on their own, for the better of them both, to get along till graduation, but as Harry discovers the heart behind his so-called "mortal enemy," realizing Draco never wanted to harm, he was trapped in his father's deeds with no way to be saved, just as Harry was stuck too. Harry had second thoughts about just getting along. Maybe they could be friends? Slowly, as they become more acquainted and start hanging out more, Draco, too, realizes Harry isn't rude, nor snarky like the thought he would be about Draco's past; just like every other kid in school is about the war. Harry was More like a broken boy who hid his trauma in anger, never allowed to feel like just a human or a kid, stuck as a "golden hero" or "killer of evil," just as Draco was stuck in his father's web of control. After drinking beer in Harry's room, where confessions spill like blood and feelings are forced to be felt like waves on a shore, what will intoxicated Draco and Harry do?
