OR, Cinder kisses the wrong guy and ends up finding who she really likes because of it... not without drama, of course!

"Kai helped her off the stool as she handed over the decoration she tried so hard to put up. 'Really? Mistletoe?'
The disappointed pout quickly morphed into a bashful grin. 'I thought it would be cute. There are a lot of potential couples coming tonight. We’d be bad hosts to leave them unsatisfied.'
He fixed his own glasses before stepping on the wooden stool, fiddling with the strings that hold the decoration. 'Exactly who are these couples?' Kai completed the task much faster than he expected, successfully placing the mistletoe on the hook that hung from the ceiling. When there was no answer, he looked down at Cress with an expectant look. She merely returned a pointed one, raising an eyebrow."It's Christmas and Kai has a crush on Cinder (no surprise there)! Fortunately, the mistletoe Cress hung up earlier might give him that little push to kickstart their relationship... or not?

His eyebrows furrowed, shooting back: 'Why are you up so early?' He sighed, shuffling his feet towards the couch until he collapsed next to her and groaned into a pillow. 'I forgot about calculus.'
'This is why you don’t double-major.' She pointed out, not for the first time. 'You wouldn’t have to take math.'"Cinder helps Kai study for math, yet it is way too early for either of them to be functioning properly. Confessions ensue.

I was expecting bugs, or something.'"Cinder, visiting on official 'royal' duties, decides to buy to-go food for dinner. Kai is somehow face-to-face with his worst enemy. Oh, and he misses his mother. A little bit of everything, if you will.
